1) How long is your delivery time?
Normally 5-7days for sample ; 25-30days for mass order and 45-50days for customize products .Of course ,the accurate lead time depands on differ project.
2) What is your terms of payment?
We accept paypal, T/T and L/C ;Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% in advance ,balance before shippment.
3) Do you provide free sample?
It depands.If we have long term cooperation and you have placed official order ,we can supply new product sample for tests.
4) What kind of products you provide?
We mainly provide permanent magnet brushed dc motors(BLDC and PMSM) and motor drive system.
5) Can you accept OEM and ODM order ;what about MOQ?
Yes ,we accept OEM or ODM ( including motor and drive system customize);MOQ depands on requests. For example,just change logo and motor winding ,MOQ only 50pcs;if change software or motor structure ;MOQ no less than 500pcs.
