There is no MOQ for new customer to support their business.

If you have reached the minimum quantity,absolutely no problem to do OEM.
3.Lead time.
Sample needs 1-3days,mass production time needs 1-3 weeks based on the quantity.
4.How does the lock get powered and how long can it last?
The lock is powered with Lithium battery or AAA cells based on the demand of the customer.The battery life is usually 12 months. Detail can be discussed with your client manager.
5.What warranty do you provide?
We provide 1 year warranty, and lifetime maintenance by providing the main parts, and only charge the express cost.
6.What payment terms do you accept?
Usually 30% T/T in advance, and balance before shipping. We can also accept Western Union and Paypal for small amount.
7.Matters need attention before proceed order.
Please remark our installation part about the lock,Please inform the related information, such as the type of the door,direction of opening the door,lock body size. Then we will arrange the production for you.
