A: Low MOQ 1pc for sample checking is available.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

Q7. Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 2-5 days warranty to your products.
Q8. How to deal with faulty?
A: Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
After-Sale Policy:
We offer one year warranty after you get the goods.Any problems with our products within warranty,please feel free to contact us. You can send us photos or videos to confirm the problems and to get the solutions.
Once the problem confirmed,we shall tell you the solutions,sending you the parts or accessories free in charge if needed,but the light source and power supply are usually not including he range of free charge.
