What is Katam?                                                                                                                                                   The Black Henna is a 100% pure natural hair dye derived from the dried and powdered leaves of Katam Buxus Dioica cultivated of our farms in Yemen.

This product is 100% natural and therefore completely free from sodium karyatate or other chemical additives.

way of processing:  
1.Our way of processing of Katam fine powder as follow: :

1. Our farms localize in a very rich area with natural materials ....Ca, Na, Mg, Fe,....etc.  so we never use any chemical or artificial compounds during agricultural works we use only natural waste of animals ...as cows  goats , shapes ....etc.

2..Our Katam product very fresh  from the season , we havent any stock in our stores

 

3.Send crops of Katam leaves from fields to our processing unit.

   Processing unit in the area of ourKatam farms-Tehamah -Yemen

 

 

 

4.Clean crops of Katam leaves very well of sticks, ,sands,strange materials to be pure henna leaves

 

5. We do grinding by using modern grinder machines which use for grinding henna only so we do grinding , sifting     without any contamination on the product.,  we never add anything to the henna or Katam during processing

works! 

 

6. We do packing of each 20Kg in double plastic bags 

 

7.We do packing in big bag with net weight 200Kg per pallet (every pallet have 10 bags)

 

Notices:

1. . Due to well known of rain seasons and quantity of rain water which consider to be little here so there is no any effect of rain on the Katam crops so we irrigate by use well water according to restrict irrigation schedules which limiting quantity of water , times in the same time we stop irrigation for one month from time of harvest.

 

Note we never do harvest in the rain season ? Because Katam leaves will become supersaturated with cool water which affect on the quantity of  Buxus Diocia . 

 

2. When we do harvest works we lay out henna leaves  under sun light for 3-4 days which strongly shining every day during the year so we don't need to do roasting by use roaster machine as they doing in the heavey rain areas ,we depend on the sunlight only.

 3.. when we collect Katam crops we pay high attention care to be 100% Katam leaves only ... Free of sticks , sand , mud , other leafs ....etc.

We take care of Katam plant during cultivation, growing season in our farms which are located in the most fertile agricultural areas in Yemen ” Tehama" using traditional methods then Export  it  as soon as possible to reach to our   customers fresh from the season.

 

Dear Customer Our policy is to maintain the quality of the product is summarized in the following steps:

 :

 stage of primary Processing

Begin primary processing after three days of harvest period include:

Separate the green Katam leaves of twigs and sticks

Purification Katam leaves of dust and impurities.

Packing leafs ofKatam green in special bags of jute.

Examination jute bag well and be sure they are clean before packing.

Packing in each jute bag 15 Kg.

The jute bags of Katam leaves is transferred to the private store packaged saluting each type of Katam leaves in place of its own

The jute bags of Katam leaves transferred to the private store that there are special place for each type of hennaleaves  ...red henna, brown henna…etc.

 

D. Grinding stage include:

Empty each bag of the green leaves of the Katam plant and re-liquidation prior to the grinding process.

 Grinding henna leaves in private mills for grinding Katam , henna leaves only

Grind a small amount of the type of Katam to be crushed and disposed "to remove any impurities from the previous type"

 

Grind a small amount of Katam leaves and disposal "to remove any impurities from the former type of henna

Grinding the Katam leaves  for four time and sieving using sieves private until it becomes a fine powder ultra softness

H. stage of packing

Packing of Katam grinded and sifted in plastic bags of size 20 kg,  these plastic bags placed inside the new jute bags and confirm the weight of each bag then close the bags by sewing machine.

Also we do packing as our customers interested according to pre-agreement

2. As soon we received your letter I will send you the initial invoice.

The invoice will be on Suhooltehamah formal letter.

The formal initial invoice letter will be with serial no, and date  under

The name and signature of co of Suhooltehamahgreen.

3. As I received the delivered amount notices as I will start process the quantity

note: we never have any quantity or stock for any product in our store …

as we received order as we start process it to send it fresh to our

customers.

Note : the time of processing depend on two things:

1. Type of packing?

2. Interest certificates?

In case you interest to do the normal packing "each 40Kg in double bag"

and no interest with any more certificates then I listed the processing

time will take 3 – 4 weeks

In case you interest to do special packing listed the processing time will

take 4 – 5 weeks and prospect ~one week if interest with special

certificates or documents
