1.Piece weight strength
The billet feed specifications are large and single weight. The maximum weight of pure titanium is 400kg / piece, and the maximum weight of titanium alloy is 320kg / piece. Finished size 55mm ~ 160mm.
2.Large deformation temperature controlled rolling
Large deformation rolling and low rolling rate ensure that the titanium and titanium alloy structure grains are fully broken during the hot rolling process, and it can effectively avoid the central heating of the traditional rolling process.
3. Short process and low cost control
The ingot is used to forge the billet 180-240mm in one shot, and the φ60-φ90 medium-sized TC4 bar product is produced. The grain size is A4-A5, which achieves the same level of high strength and plasticity as small specifications. Product yield is three and a half points higher than traditional.
