Dust removal equipmentCyclone separators, also known as saxacron, rely on the inertial centrifugal force of rotating air to separate dust. This movement causes the centrifugal force of dust to be many times larger than that of gravity, so the dust collection efficiency is much higher than that of the settling chamber. When the dust particles above 20~30 microns are separated, the purification efficiency can reach 98%.In addition, its structure is simple, compact, easy to manufacture, low cost, less occupation, convenient management and maintenance, so it has been widely used in factories.
the principle of action
Cyclone dust collector is composed of an inner cylinder, an outer cylinder, a cone and an air inlet.Dusty air enters between the inner and outer cylinders along the tangential direction through the air inlet at the upper part of the outer cylinder and moves spirally from top to bottom until the bottom of the cone.Dust in the airflow is thrown to the wall of the cylinder under the action of centrifugal force, and it falls to the bottom of the cone due to the action of gravity and the drive of downward airflow and is discharged from the ash discharge port. After the downward airflow reaches the bottom of the cone, it turns up along the axis of the dust collector to form a rotating and rising internal vortex, and is discharged from the dust collector outlet pipe.
The selection of cyclone dust collector
1. The selected specifications should be adapted to the air volume that needs to be processed. But different specifications of cyclone dust collector can be used for the same air volume.
2. Cyclone dust collector can be used in parallel by two or four of the same diameter. The air volume it deals with is the sum of a single dust collector, and the resistance is a single resistance. In this way the diameter of each dust collector can be smaller.
3. The ash outlet of the cyclone dust collector must be kept tight so that there can be no air leakage, otherwise the dust that has settled will be taken out of the air pipe by the updraft.
