1.) Do you provide free samples?
a. We can provide samples free of charge on all of our common products in limited quantities. The customer is required to cover all shipping cost. If custom designs are required, sample fee’s will apply.

a. T/T: 30% deposit in advance,70% balance before shipment.

4.) What is the normal delivery time of products?
a. General stock items can be delivered between 30-45 days. Customization printing and designs can lead to longer lead and production times.
5.) Do you offer customization of product and packaging?
a. We can offer both customized printing on most products and packaging. Custom designed specialized food packaging products are also available. We offer our inhouse design team to help throughout the process.
6.) How do you assure quality control of our ordered products?
a. In order to assure the complete trust of our customers, we 100% guarantee all orders will be satisfactory. We inspect all goods before leaving the factory for quality assurance. If any problems exist with your order after delivery we will make it right.
