Cast Steel Shots for Shot Peening and Sand Blasting
Cast steel shots are non-polluting blasting media used extensively in the removal of paint, rust and other surface
contaminants from steel, concrete and other surfaces prior to coating. Cast steel shots also used to remove surface from casting parts in foundry. The cost effectiveness is incomparable due to its impact resistance qualities, durability and with cleaning capacity.
We apply rotational casting, secondary quenching and low backfire advanced processing techniques from Japan to the production process. The product quality is up to the SAE J444, J827 standard, and the company has perfect quality inspection methods and quality control system.
