Product Description

1) e312l-16 stainless steel welding electrode is calcium titanate type of ultra-low carbon steel rod. The weld metal carbon content≤0.04%, good resistance to corrosion intercrystal.  

 2) Welding of Stainless steel structure of extra-low carbon 00Cr19Ni10,and Welding of 0Cr18Ni10Ti stainless steel structure of operating temperature is lower than 300 degrees.Mainly used in synthetic fiber, fertilizer, oil and other equipment manufacturing. 

The welding electrode is mainly used in welding of 18%Cr-8%Ni-4Mn, All austenitic organization.

Application

Stainless steel electrode is used to welding of extra-low carbon 00 Cr21Ni10 stainless steel.

Instruction

1. The oil stains and rust on the welding should be cleared away.

2. Pls use stainless steel brush cleaning bead  to avoid iron mied affacting weld quality.

3. Pls Dry 60 minutes at 300-350℃ before welding. 

4. Take out a small quantity into 100-150℃ drying cylinder, when operation. 

5. Do not carry electrode over half-day using quantities.

6.When swing the electrode, swing width should be within 2.5 times of the electrode diameter.

7. Try to keep short arc and low current, in order to reduce creazing and improve toughness.
