A:Both. For glass ware, Xiamen Yutai-topwell has our own factory in Xiamen with 12 years history. For ceramic ware, we are agents of two customers for nearly 20 years.

2.Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Xiamen City,Fujian province,China.
About one hour car ride from Xiamen North Station and Xiamen Airpot. 
All our clients from home and abroad are warmly welcome to visit us!

3.Q: What's your main products?
A: We are specialized in manufacturing heat-resistant glass and ceramic, including hear-resistant glass teapot, kettle, teacup, coffeepot, coffee mug and all kinds of ceramic kitchen table ware, and home gift ware.

4.Q: Can you help me make my own design? How about the sample time and sample fee?
A: Sure. We can make OEM and ODM items for you as long as you can tell us your idea or provide pictures.
Sample time is about 15-20days.
Sample fee is charged according to the size of the product.

5.Q: How does your company do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is priority. Yutai-Topwell company always attach great importance to quality controlling from the beginning to the end.

6.Q: What’s your delivery time?
A: In generally, our delivery time is about 45-70 days according to the playing order time after we received the deposit.
