Features of 4mm tungsten carbide ball
1.For sealing of valves of oil pumps in petroleum industry's sand containing wells,
viscous oil wells, sea oil wells, high pressure sulfur resistant oil wells, compatible
Cemented Carbide valve seats, etc.
2.Various grades for cemented carbide balls/pellets can be supplied according to
customer's drawings.
3.The surface finish, tolerance class and tolerances of dimensions have respectively reached the standards of the machine industry.
Application:
Tungsten carbide ball was widely used in precision tools drawing and punching,high precision bearings,high precision measuring instrument and appratus,water pump and brake pump,and various machinery sealing accessories part in high-tech industry.
Diameter:
Dia. 2, 5, 7, 8, 10, 12mm (or 5/8, 3/4, 15/16, 1-1/8, 1-1/4, 1-3/8, 1-1/16, 2-1/4") and more.
Specification: The size of range is available from 3/32" to 2" inches, the tolerance grade is divided into G10, G25, G48, G50, G100 and so on. The available grades and sizes are shown in the below table.
