Product Description
The DC load bank of DC charging pile is composed of two parts: the BMS simulation system and the DC load. The touch screen control mode is adopted to carry out the simulation test and the load addition and reduction operations (the remote control of the host computer can also be used). It is mainly used for on-site installation and debugging and functional verification of DC charging pile products, and can also be used for online debugging, offline testing and functional verification. The test load truly simulates the charging process and various failures, avoiding the inconvenience of using the real electric vehicle as a detection device, the incomplete test content, the failure to simulate real failures, the failure of the auxiliary power system to verify,and the charging and discharging of the vehicle power battery Electricity consumes time and energy, frequent charging and discharging leads to battery life shortening and other problems, and at the same time can avoid damage to the test vehicle caused by the failure of the charging pile.
