1. Product thickness can be achieved between 0.02 to 1.5mm.
 
2. Product size can be achieved between 1* 1mm to 700*600mm
 
3. Smallest open hole is Ø 0.02mm.
 
4. Smallest line width is 0.01mm.
   
5. Product precision is +/_ 0.005mm (common difference). It's generally 20% of material thickness
 
 
Etching Process:
 
Film(CAD output) →get the materials ready→Pre-treatment→DRY FILM(Lamination) →Exposure→Developing→Drying→Etching→Stripping → Checking,Packing,Delivery
 
 
Characters:
Precision etching, smooth surface on both edges, no embossment, no convexconcave, no burnisher burr , no warping, any complicated pattern or geometric figure is available.
 
 
Tolerance we can achieve:

Thickness below 0.2 mm, tolerance can be controled in +/-0.015mm
Thickness below 0.5 mm, toleracne canbecontroled in+/-0.05 mm
