Polypropylene (PP) is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic.High impact resistance, strong mechanical properties, resistance to a variety of organic solvents and acid and alkali corrosion.It is widely used in industry and is one of the common polymer materials.Australian coins are also made of polypropylene.
Mainly used in the production of all kinds of long and short polypropylene fiber, used in the production of polypropylene woven bags, packaging bags, injection products and other flame retardant parts for the production of electrical appliances, telecommunications, lighting, lighting equipment and TV sets.
The modified materials are more widely used and can meet more and higher requirements.

Modified plastic PP resin category
Plastic modification refers to the physical, chemical or both methods to change the properties of plastic materials in the expected direction, or to significantly reduce the cost, or to improve certain properties, or to give plastic materials new functions. The modification process can take place during the polymerization of synthetic resins, namely chemical modification, such as copolymerization, grafting, cross-linking, etc., or physical modification, such as filling, blending, strengthening, etc.,during the processing of synthetic resins.
1) Strengthening: by adding glass fiber, carbon fiber, mica powder and other fibrous or flake filler to achieve the purpose of increasing the rigidity and strength of the material, such as glass fiber reinforced nylon used in power tools.
2) Toughening: by adding rubber, thermoplastic elastomer and other substances in plastics to improve their toughness/impact strength, such as toughened polypropylene commonly used in automobiles, home appliances and industrial applications.
