How to use test sieve:
1. Determine the stest sieves to be selected according to the inspected materials and corresponding standards
2. Stack the stest sieves on the tray base in the order of aperture from large to small, from top to bottom. There are grooves or positioning screws to locate the stest sieves.
3. Put the inspected material into the stest sieve on the upper end, and cover the lid, then press the stest sieve with the sieve head on the silk column, and tighten the nut on the silk column. (Note: Always apply force on both sides, and then lock it with a locking screw.)
4. Put the timer switch at the required position, then turn on the power switch, the inspection screen will start to work.
5. After the stest sieve stops working, unscrew the nut on the wire column, remove the sieve head, and carefully remove the stest sieve.
6. Cut off the power supply.

Precautions for using test sieve:

1. Place horizontally.
2. Confirm that the power supply meets the requirements and ensure that it is grounded.
3. The vibrating part cannot be in contact with other objects.
4. The test screen must be positioned by grooves or positioning screws.
