ABOUT COMPANY

The company serially produces sealing materials and gaskets from them (asbestos and asbestos-free), cork and rubber-cork, raw rubber compounds of various brands, molded rubber products, repair kits from gaskets for cars and trucks, as well as special equipment in series and to order.

The main consumers of the products are the enterprises of the Automotive Industry, Mechanical Engineering, Petrochemistry, Metallurgy, Construction, Military-Industrial Complex, Oil Production, Oilfield Services and Trade. Successfully operating since 2001, the company occupies a leading position in the market for the production of gaskets, cutting about 2,000,000 pieces every month.

PRODUCTION OF MATERIALS

All equipment in the material workshop was purchased in 2015. The company produces: general purpose paronite, as well as special paronites (GOST 481-80), asbestos-free sealing materials and rubber compounds. Production is carried out with care for the environment: in the production of paronite, an installation is used to return the solvent back to production, which completely eliminates harmful emissions into the environment (photo of the machine) All materials produced comply with GOST and TU standards and undergo an internal quality control system.

CUTTING OF GASKETS

Due to the large volume, as well as the special technology of cutting by the "matryoshka" method, it is possible to achieve the most efficient use of the sheet with a coefficient of useful utilization of 98%. The format of the equipment allows the production of sheets of a larger area in 1 cycle than the equipment of competitors, thereby obtaining a cheaper yield per unit area. Waste remaining during cutting is sent to the production of materials - this allows them not to be included in the cost of the finished product. As a result, the price of finished products is reduced by an order of magnitude while maintaining quality.

OUR STAFF

The production employs 250 people. The personnel training system is built in such a way as to adapt the employee to work with specific equipment in a short period of time, and internal quality control standards allow preventing defects and instantly recalling low-quality batches. Production is 24/7 and stops only 3 days a year - from 1 to 3.

RTI PRODUCTION

The availability of equipment for creating molds, as well as the production of rubber compounds, allows us to produce not only serial molded rubber goods, but also non-molded products, as well as custom-made products.
