Description
Assembly adhesives refer to the adhesives used for wood, furniture tenon, assembly, wood splicing or finger jointing, which have excellent bonding effect; the products belong to a single component and do not need curing agent, so they are more convenient to use.
Application
All kinds of wood splicing, tenon, veneer bonding, rigid plastic bonding, splicing, finger jointing, fireproof board, plastic-aluminium board, rubber board, oak board, etc.
Use method
1. Single component, without mixing, directly used after opening, easy to operate.
2. It is better to choose brush cloth glue, which needs double-sided glue mixing to reduce the underglue phenomenon caused by single-sided cloth glue, and the gluing strength is high.
3. The best effect is between 8% and 12% wood moisture content.
4. Adhesive dosage: 150g-250g.
5. The glue can be properly pressurized and maintained for 12-24 hours before the next process.
6. The optimum storage temperature is 5 -35 (below 0 please pay attention to using and keeping warm storage).
