3, Main working principle
The machine is mainly composed of machine body, base, main shaft, dynamic grinding plate, fixed grinding plate, end cover cover, hopper, etc. The power is transmitted to the belt pulley through the V-belt to drive the main shaft to rotate, so that the fixed grinding plate of the moving grinding plate moves relatively, so that the sample is crushed. The size of discharge can be controlled by adjusting the gap of grinding plate through size handwheel and spindle.
The machine body is installed on the base, and its transmission part is composed of transmission shaft, bearing, dynamic grinding plate and belt pulley, working chamber end cover, adjusting shaft, fixed grinding plate, hand wheel and feed port.
The material is crushed in the working room. The material is added from the feed port above the end cover and enters the middle of the two grinding plates. Due to the crushing test by extrusion, the crushed sample flows out of the gap between the two grinding plates and falls into the hopper below.
The grinding plate is made of strong and tough white iron after water toughening treatment, which has good wear resistance.
The principle of the adjusting mechanism is to rotate the hand wheel to move the adjusting shaft forward or backward, so as to adjust the gap between the two grinding discs and adjust the particle size of the materials.
4, Precautions for installation and use
1. Before the test run, it is necessary to check whether the fasteners are tightened and whether the pulley can be turned flexibly by hand. If any abnormality is found, it shall be eliminated before the test run.
2. When driving, it is inconvenient to make the two grinding discs against each other so as to prevent difficult starting.
3. The hardness of the sample shall not exceed the medium hardness, otherwise the abradability of the grinding disc will be affected.
4. It is found that the adjustment of the grinding mechanism still fails to meet the technical requirements, so the adjustment of the disc gap should be considered to adjust the parallelism of the disc.
5. When replacing the sample, in order to make the test data accurate, loosen the compression screw, open the end cover, and brush away the remaining materials left in the studio.
