DI-100 automatic quantitative injection machine is an advanced equipment that can accurately quantify and automatically fill semi-fluid raw materials. Can be used for filling of bread, cakes, puffs, etc .; used for filling of cupcakes, donuts, bread, etc. The digital display setting system makes the quantitative work easier, faster and more accurate. Through the mode switch button, you can easily switch back and forth between quantitative injection mode and continuous injection mode. The three control methods include: pedal (handhold) control, photoelectric sensor control, and external signal control to make the device more complete. Changing different discharge heads can be applied to a wider range of product production. DI-100 automatic quantitative filling machine is a professional equipment for improving production efficiency, unifying product quality, and increasing product variety.

1. Cream and jam filling
Suitable for filling cores of various products, including: bread, cakes, puffs, etc. The hollow needle tube is inserted into the product, and the filling is directly injected into the product without damaging the appearance of the product. Can be customized according to the length and diameter of different products.
2. Injection
A variety of fluid and semi-fluid raw materials can be injected into any shape of the container, including: jam, fruit juice, salad dressing, ice cream, cake paste and so on. Automated with conveyors and sensors.
3. Hand holding injection
The hand-held filling method allows your filling material to be free from space restrictions. Changing the discharge nozzle (cream decoration mouth) can be used for the decoration of various cakes. You can also squeeze ketchup, red bean paste, chocolate sauce (requires heating), salad dressing, etc. Manual control mode allows you to achieve quantitative injection.
4. Cream decorating and surface painting
The coating mouth (coating width and coating thickness) can be customized according to customer requirements. You can spread chocolate and jam on bread; spread cream on cake; spread salad dressing on sandwiches; cream on Swiss rolls. It can be automated with conveyor belts and sensors.
