Disc diffuser adopts energy saving design, low installation cost, high reliability and excellent performance in intermittent and continuous aeration process. Dense drilling is conducive to efficient oxygen transfer and utilization, in order to apply the aeration system specifications, can use different drilling mode to adjust the working pressure, such as different slot length,distance, the density of drilling.

1.Good anti-blocking and anti-backflow properties
The aerator is spherical crown shape, even if the water quality of the aeration tank is complex, it still runs intermittently, and its surface is not easy to accumulate. Diaphragm drilling technology is unique and advanced. In addition, a sealing ring is set up at the center of the top to prevent backflow of water more effectively.
2.The membrane has strong tear resistance
The rubber diaphragm has a spherical crown shape. When working, the eyelet opening is evenly stressed, the degree of fatigue deformation is reduced, the resilience is good, it is not easy to tear, and the service life is long.
3.Uniform air distribution, energy saving and high efficiency
The working surface of the spherical crown aerator is relatively larger than that of the flat type, the bubble is small, the air distribution is uniform, the oxygenation efficiency is high, and the treatment effect is good. Especially when working with low air volume, this feature can still be exerted, and operation and management are convenient
4.Resistance to aging and corrosion
The spherical crown-shaped aeration membrane is made of high-quality rubber, and the support tray is made of engineering plastic. These materials have excellent physical and mechanical properties. Excellent aging resistance, chemical resistance to acids, alkalis and chemicals.
5.The resistance loss is small
Due to the unique anti-blocking and backflow performance of the aerator, the check valve attached to the flat microporous aerator is removed, thereby reducing the resistance of the aerator and saving energy consumption.
Special punching technology
Over 5500 perforations in Dn200, over 6300 perforations in Dn215, over 9000 perforations in Dn260, over 10000 perforations in Dn330. Air deflector diameter is 0.5cm, the contact space with membrane is 0.15cm, which make the opening rate of membrane can reach 99.9%. Also improve oxygenation capacity, oxygen utilization rate and reduce ventilation resistance.

A folded-concave structure is better in sealing performance, which solves the disadvantage of easy to fall off when the air flow is too large. Compared with other existing aeration devices, under the same operating load, ours require aeration volume is greatly reduced, and the aeration is evenly distributed throughout the tank.
