Product Description

Calcium carbonate masterbatch-- PE base material

Features:
1. PE base materials are polyethylene based masterbatch containing 75~84% calcium carbonate.

It is natural white with excellent dispersion.
2. It can be mixed with Polyethylene resin for blowing, extrusion etc and is easy to disperse
with good compatibility. It has function as a modifierto improve the heat resistance, flexural
strength, size stability and printability. It also reduces heat release from burning and
therefore prevents further environmental pollution.

Applications:
1. PE shopping bags, garbage bags, woven sack
2. PE industrial films, packaging material & containers etc
3. HDPE blowmolding or PP injection molding

Processing suggestions:
1. General loading is recommended at 10~40% with variation according to the products.
2. The processing temperature is set according to resin’s processing temperature and it applies
well among 220±40℃.

Calcium carbonate masterbatch-- PP base material

Features:
1. PP base materials are polypropylene based master batch containing75~85% super fine calcium

carbonate (with strong polypropylene resin). It is natural white with excellent disparity
2. It can be mixed with Poly propylene resin for extrusion, thermal forming, injection etc. and
is easy to disperse with good compatibility. It has function as a modifier to improve the heat
resistance, flexural strength, size stability and printability. It also reduces heat release from
burning and there force prevents further environmental pollution.

Applications:
1. PP flat yarn extrusion
2. PP strapping band
3. PP injection molding, blow molding, extrusion molding

Processing suggestions:
1. General loading is recommended at 5~40% with variation according to the products.
2. The processing temperature is set according to resin’s processing temperature and it applies
well among 240±40℃.
