Twin Shaft Mineral sizer provide primary, secondary and tertiary reduction of friable, low silica materials such as coal, salt, gypsum, phosphate, limestone, bauxite, petroleum coke, lignite, trona, carbon anodes, oil sands, clay, shale and more.Mineral sizer is featured with low power consumption, big capacity, simple structure, light weight and energy saving. FP series mineral sizer is a new conception crusher, which is completely different from the traditional toothed roll crusher of which crushed material and ores by impact and squeezing force.More tooth pattern choice for more efficiency crushing and low energy consumption. When crushing the medium hard materials, like coal, coke and limestone, etc, the energy consumption of FP mineral sizer is 0.21—0.45kw.h/t, while jaw crusher 0.46—1.5 kw.h/t, impact crusher 0.94—1.27 kw.h/t, ring hammer crusher 0.86—1.24 kw.h/t. Working Principle
The FP series mineral sizer crushed the ores and materials by the combined action of shearing, bending and splitting.
