2. How to select the right motor? Do you have customized service?

You can check the specifications for above motors on our website and you can always email us if you have motor pictures or drawings. We do have customize per your request for the voltage, speed, torque, motor size, and noise level etc.

3. Can I have samples for testing?

Yes, you can. The samples will be ready for delivery in 3-5 days and a bit longer for customized products. The samples will be sent via international express such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX and would be arrived with 3-5 days. The fright depends on weight, packing size and your country or province region, etc.

4. What is your lead time?

Normally, the regular standard product will need 15-25 days and longer for customized products.

5. Can I visit your company?

Yes, you are welcomed to visit our company, please let us know at least two weeks in advance to that we can make sure no other meetings during the day you visit us. Thanks!
