Geotextile bags gabion is the combination of geotextile bags and hexagonal gabion mesh, forming a flexible and firm structure to be filled with sand, soil or stones.
Geotextile bags gabion is cost-effective and can resist to erosion using in river bank and channel, slope reinforcement and greening.
Geotextile bags gabion features:
1> Monofilament single weft or monofilament double weft woven fabric with high tensile strength, puncture resistance, anti-aging, acid and alkali resistance and frost resistance
2> Convenient construction, filling materials on site, saving stone materials and reducing engineering cost
3> It meets the requirements of ecological restoration method, and is environmentally friendly, green and elegant. The specifications can be customized according to the size of the stone cage net.
Construction requirements:
When the geotextile bags gabion is combined with the galvanized gabion cage, it needs to be pulled up 10cm at the mouth of the bag, and the bottom square is evenly opened, filled with earth material and layered and filled with tamping, and the layer height is 30cm. Before the geotextile bags gabion is capped, the smaller earth and stone materials should be used to make the top of the bag about 8-10cm higher, adhere with the adhesive tape, fix the corner end with the iron bar, and then ligature the frame line and the gabion net cover.
