The most advanced temperature controller: 30~50 segments programmable PID automatic control, auto-temperature-up/down without worker on duty.  can chooose  RS-485 USB connect to computer, remote control turn on/off, temperature-pause, set temperature. ect

4.  Temperature control safety

Integrated circuit, logger control, double circuit protection (partial temperature ,super high temperature, super current, super voltage protection.ect) make the quartz tube furnace work stable and safe.

5. Heating rate

Maximum 30℃/minute,  recommend set <20℃/minute

6. Chamber material

Adopt advanced lightweight alumina ceramic fiber as the woking chamber, excellent keep warm effects. Lightweight and resist fast heating and cooling, no crack, crystallization, dregs and environmental, energy saving can achieve 60%-80% of traditional ones.
