With our patented, helical wound spiral disk spring, we can offer our customers a proven and tested machine component with significantly improved engineering characteristics over standard disc springs. The spiral disc spring consists of 2 identical flat wire compression springs screwed into one another to achieve a cross-section similar to that of disc springs. The uninterrupted grain structure of the raw material leads to an increased durability and reduces the risk of breakage of the coiled spring.
Each spiral disc spring made by us is a tailor made unit and no mass-produced product because each of our helical disc spring will be individually developed and produced to your application.

A lot of good reasons to use spiral disc springs:
In principle, the characteristics of any inversely layered disc spring assembly can be realized with a spiral disc spring design. Spiral disc springs are produced in one piece by machine processing under the assurance of the factory, so it has the following advantages over ordinary disc springs:
1. NO dislocation: Single component design, avoiding mismatch and friction of individual discs;
2. Force stability: No erroneous diagram results caused by incorrect layering or grease influence;
3. Low risk of breakage: Uninterrupted structure reduces the risk of breakage: such as force values decreases, entire group
failure, ejection of debris, etc. Ensures safer process-cycle and integrity of installation;
4. Stable spring loads even in case of breakage (no loss of deflection). When a traditional disc spring group breaks in one of them, the performance of the entire group changes and quickly causes the other pieces to break apart one by one. Comparing with ordinary disc springs, helical disc springs have longer service life;
5. No friction at mandrel or sleeve due to the overall structure allows the guide-free operation, avoiding the friction and
influence value of the ordinary disc spring group that needs the guide rod or sleeve to be fixed;

Dimensional requirements remain consistent and measurably the same from one batch of springs to the next giving certainty that the OD will work freely in the prescribed hole and the ID will work over the prescribed rod. Continual research and development result in the best quality and longest life springs available. For most of our regular products, we keep a large range of sizes in stock, ensuring that fast, off-the-shelf delivery is available for most items. We are also able to quote to drawing for non-standard items.
