The ladle castable is made of AI2O3-SiC series material, which is made by optimizing the selection of raw material variety, dosage, particle gradation, binder and additives. It has long service life, convenient construction and easy maintenance. It is suitable for the overall lining of various types of ladle, and it is the choice of refractory materials for ladle.The basic feature of ladle castables is that the use temperature generally does not exceed 1400 ℃, but the service life requires more than 900 furnaces. Therefore, the lining has higher strength, better erosion resistance, and good thermal shock resistance. Adding a certain amount of silicon carbide can not only improve the wear resistance and erosion resistance, but also reduce some low melting point substances.
