Main Technical Characteristics and Product Description
1. The tank body is made of WISCO 6mm high-quality steel sheet, and the head is formed by one-step die casting with 8mm steel sheet. The tank body is cylindrical, the head is hemispherical, and the protruding part of the head is nearly 300 mm, which can effectively prevent the tank and head from being flattened due to suction. All ball valves are all made of stainless steel, which not only increases the aesthetic degree, but also improves the corrosion resistance and antifreezing capability.
2. XD-50 is a highly efficient suction pump, which has several times the efficiency and service life of ordinary suction pump, with high vacuum, long service life and stable quality. This vehicle adopts double pump, which can improve vacuum degree more quickly and ensure efficient operation efficiency. PN106 vacuum pump imported from Italy is optional. The maximum speed can reach 1,300 rpm. It has such characteristics as high speed, high vacuum degree, stable quality and long service life.
3. Optional hydraulic suction rotary arm, with a length of 3.1 meters. Suction pipe rotary boom can be 320° rotation, and can be lifted up and down. The lifting Angle range of the rotating arm is 0~34°, and it can be retractable 1 meter inside and outside. The operation can be done without adjusting the parking position when the boom moves the Angle and range. Operation mode: electro-hydraulic control operation. During the suction process, the automatic rotation, retraction and lifting of the suction lever can be controlled through the form of electric control hydraulic. It is user-friendly, reducing the working intensity of the operators.
4. The tank body and metal accessories are subject to phosphating before coating, and are sprayed with polymeric anticorrosive primer, which not only improves the aesthetic degree, but also effectively prevents corrosion. They have high adhesion, good corrosion resistance, uniform paint film and bright and lasting color, and can withstand adverse environment (such as damp, dusty or salt mist conditions). Furthermore, after long use, no cracking, peeling or fading will occur.
