1. Machine Introduction

This Paper Cup Making Machine is an automatic machine with multi-working station.

It produces two-side film-coated paper cup through the procedure of automatic paper feeding, ultrasonic welding, oil silicon lubrication, bottom punching, heating, knurling, curling and cup discharge. The sealing system is ultrasonic sealer, so this model is suitable for making two side PE coated paper with full printing design cups. This cup can for both hot and cold drinking, such

as soft drinking, ice-cream and coffee etc.

Main Features

1. Increase the output. On the basis of the same power 6kw, it speeds up to 55-60pcs/min from 35-45pcs/min before. 

2. The bottom paper is sent by stepper motor,which controls the interval of bottom papers about 0.1mm, so that the machine is more paper saving and performs more stably.

3. The inner structure adopts the vertical axis gear drive system to avoid chain loosening and malposition problems.

4.  Automatic lubrication system,which reduces the friction of machine parts and improves the machine maintenance, works a lot.

5.  The machine is equipped with optically controlled non contact switch.

6.  Paper feeding working station is driven by cams without noise,performing stably and well,which is pioneer technology at home.

7.  The machine adopts the gear motor in replacement of the separate reduction box and motor,making the drive system simpler and more stable.

8.  Automatic paper cup collecting in the sixth working position that increases the efficiency.
