A: Our producing Lead Time will be within 25 days after confirmed artwork design and deposit paid.

Q5. What are your payment terms?
A: If you have confirmed the order with our sales, please make the payment according to the Pro-forma Invoice, We accept Western Union for small order amount.
For official order we required T/T payment: 30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before shipping.
Q6. I have something to return, What shall I do?
A:Gilluxe Lighting accept returns for items that require repair or replacement under warranty.

Under warranty, if products more than 3% defective for driver and chips, our factory will give replacement goods with next order. Customers are required to send a video or picture to show the problem products without return back the goods.
