Q1. Who are we?
We are based in Hangzhou,China, start from 2010,sell to over 10 countries.
There are total about 10 people in our office and over 100 people in our factory.
Q2. What do we do?
We are specializing in the production of clothes.
Q3. How can we guarantee quality?
We make sample from proto, fitting sample,size set sample, salse man sample , pp sample,then shipment sample for each order.Every procedure is under quality control. We have our QC team to analyze all the quality problems before production,we have bulk production meeting before cutting,and wehave online QC during prouction and also final inspection before & after packing.
Q4. How can we avoid delay?
on-time delivery is very important for our business;once we promisethe time, we would do it; if we fail we would take
responsibility,discount is given or even air freight!
Q5. Why should you pay deposit?
We mainly do OEM, all production is customized to your color/ size/logo,it is special; also we would need to buy fabric trims etc in cash;actually 30% deposit is less than the fabric/ material we spend in advance.
Q6. Why should you buy from us not from other suppliers?
We are very experienced in international business;we know suitable price and on-time delivery are the two key points; we supply good service rather than only products.
We always think what customers' need is more important than what we sell.
