*All the metal we use is environmental, without lead, nickel or cadmium. Environmental Testing is done for health issues
*The eco-plated we operate is high plated for making sure more smooth surface and we have professional person to check the quality of plated
*QC department is checking quality of product before delivery out and salesmen will also check it for double checking
Q3:What is your normal production time?
*For generally the production time is 20-25 working days after receiving your payment (if large order)
*The production time is related to the specific design with your specific requirement and the total quantity you need. Please kindly contact with us and we will provide you with an estimated production more exactly based on your need.
Q4:Can you customize my design?
*We can customize products according to your request or sample. You can email us for detailed information of your design, such as the photos of design, size, material and quantity you prefer, and if possible, please send us the sample to us directly, we will check it for you. If we can make it, we will quote you the price and MOQ.
*we also accept the logo need ,we will choose the way to add logo according your need
Q5:What’s your sample policy？
*We are willing to provide you with one/two sample for your testing our design and quality if we have stock, but be kindly noted the sample will be not free or will for free under limited a certain amount

*Usually we accept TT/E-Checking/Credit(Visa)/Pay later on Alibaba
*It’s normally 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipping out
