Application direction

Antimony trioxide is one of the earliest flame retardants, which belongs to additive flame retardant, it is often used with other flame retardants and smoke suppressants, and synergistic effect can be produced among the components.Antimony trioxide in the initial stage of combustion, the first is melting, forming a protective film on the surface of the material to isolate the air, through internal endothermic reaction, reduce the combustion temperature. Antimony trioxide is gasified at high temperatures, diluting the oxygen concentration in the air and thus serving as a flame retardant.

 

Application of nano antimony trioxide:
1. As a catalyst for polyester chip production, can replace antimony acetate.
2. Widely used in plastics, rubber, glass, textile, wire and cable industries as a flame retardant or combustion promoter synergistic agent.
3. Used as compatibilizer in electronic industry.
4. Used as passivation agent in petroleum industry.
5. Cover agent, colorant in enamel, ceramic, pigment industry, it is an excellent inorganic white pigment.

 

Storage conditions

       This product should be stored in dry, cool and sealing of the environment, can not be exposure to air, in addition should avoid the heavy pressure, according to ordinary goods transportation.
