All stages of the production process of ready to eat meals are subject to quality controls. At acceptance quality control staff
checks raw material, followed by checks on every production stage such as pH control, color and taste tests and controls related
to processes such as weight control, metal detectors and visual controls. Chemical-physical, microbiological and products analyzes
on samples are also planned, based on an internal sampling plan.
