OrtoRomi slow juices are made with cold pressed selected fruits and vegetables, without any colorants, preservatives, water nor
sugar addded. Through an innovative method called High Pressure Processing (HPP), a pasteurization that implies high pressures
(6.000 bar) without any particularly thermal alterations, ingredients and characteristics of raw material are preserved
guaranteeing also a microbiologically stable product.
The result is a unfiltered juice that may present a sediment at the bottom of the bottle which is normal and should not be considered a flaw; just shake well before drink it.
