Product Description
This product is a new high-tech kind of peroxide stabilizer which is compounded by variety of chemicals, mainly used for oxygen bleaching in pure cotton, flax, T/C fabrics, it is very powerful cleaning, dispersing, stabilizing, it can be used instead of caustic soda, Oxygen bleaching stabilizer etc. No harmful to fiber, good smooth, whiteness on fabrics, nice and even feather,
after using this product.
This product has nice heat-resistant stabilization in Alkali conditions. Not only has good stabilization for Hydrogen peroxide in heat environment, but also can adjust itself and keep the alkali working liquid stable. It has buffer function, can effectively prevent the harm for fabrics in Hydrogen peroxide bleaching process. Further more, the alkali and Hydrogen peroxide after the
Oxygen bleaching can be easily washed out, it save water and power.
Characteristics and advantage
l It can be used in Oxygen bleaching instead of caustic soda, and stabilizer, no need to use caustic soda to adjust the PH again.
l In alkali condition, it has very good alkali-resistant stabilization and buffering.
l Easy to wash and clean, saving water and power.
l Good whiteness, even, mild, no harmful to fiber.

Application field
In process of Oxygen bleaching and one bath pretreatment of cellulose base fiber and their blends.
Recommended dosage
Oxygen bleaching process:
DHK 206 3~4 g/l
Hydrogen peroxide 100% 3~5 g/l
Steaming temperature: 100~102 Centigrade degree, Steaming time: 40~60 minutes.
Cold batch process:
According to the dosage of Hydrogen peroxide, normally about 60~70% of Hydrogen peroxide (100%)
Storage: Keep tightly closed in cool, dry and well-ventilated area
Shelf Life: 24 months
