Wood Pellets is mainly made of any wood waste and biomass particles, such as wood sawdust, wood shavings, wood chips, wood logs, straw, rice husk, coffee husk etc. At a wood pellet plant, raw material need to be well prepared before pelletizing, then get dried, compressed, and formed into small eraser-sized bits, the wood pellets get from wood pellet plant are clean, pleasant smelling and smooth to touch.
Mill machine for make pellet wood is the heart of the pellet machine production line. The Pellet machine is widely used in compacting of wood, straw, other biomass sources into pellet. Capacity ranges from 1T to 10T per hour. Our pellet mill adopt SKF bearings from Sweden and NSK bearings from Japan, the motors in the wood pellet is from Siemens, high quality components make the pellet mill more efficient and durable.
1. Main drive adopts high accurate gear drive, with an output of about 20% higher than belt drive, and the die adopts the quick removing clamps.
2. The drive part of the machine including motor optimize the high quality world famous bearings, which ensure high efficient and steady driving with low noise.
3. The imperative feeder device is adopted, which making the machine operate smoothly as the material like wood sawdust, rice straw is very light, so they are needed to be pushed into pelletizing chamber by force.
4. The feeder adopts the frequency-conversion speed regulating control to guarantee the quality of wood pellet.
5. The alloy steel die is made by international advanced German gun drill and American vacuum furnace, has long service life and ensure smoothly pelletizing and high quality.
6. The international advanced compensation type flexible coupling is of novel and compact structure, safety, low noise and less trouble.
7. Permanent magnet device can remove impurities in the pelletizing process.

Q1. Why the sawdust pellets I made are mushy?
Qualified sawdust pellets should be hard and shiny. If your pellets are mushy, it probably is because your sawdust material is too wet. Try to dry it a little and try again.
Q2. Why My Pellets are Crumbly?
If the moisture content of sawdust is too low, the finial pellets will have crumbly problems.
Add some water into the sawdust with a spray bottle and mix evenly before feeding it into
the pellet making machine.
Q3. How should I know The Moisture Is Correct for Pelletizing?
When make pellets with a sawdust pellet mill for the first time, take one or two tries to get
a sense of the right amount of moisture required.
