Our ground screw are installed in a matter of minutes, with no waiting time and immediately usable and able to withstand pressure, and the ground is restored to its original state by simply unscrewing the device. The ground screws are reusable and can be relocated as many times as necessary.

4. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

A: Our factory is located in Xinglinwan Road,Jimei District Xiamen , Fujian Province, China. Only half hour from Xiamen airport by car to our factory. All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!

6.Q:How long is the warranty of your products? How to guarantee the after-sale services?

A:We guarantee most of our products for one year,the solar panel for 5 years.

We will prepare 3‰ to 5‰ accessories for easy damage parts. We will help you solve all the technology problems through email,phone,video...

7.Q: What is the payment terms,delivery port?

A: We can quote you EXW,FOB,CRF and CIF price. The delivery port can be Shenzhen or Hongkong. We accept T/T ,L/C, western union, paypal,etc.

8. Q: Can I get some samples? How can I get a sample to check your quality?

A: Yes,of course. We are honored to offer you samples,usually samples can be ready in 3~7 days!

After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. If you just need a blank sample to check the design and paper quality, we will provide you sample for free, as long as you afford the express freight.

9. Q: Please let us know if your product does not arrive in your delivery time frame?

A: This things never happened in our company till now, because we have professional managerial personnel to overview and control for every parts of production, and we usually have training to every staff, morning meeting with us everyday, all of our staff are full of passion. So you should never worry about these things.

10. Q: How long does the whole procedure being worked out?

After you place a order,the production handling time is about 15-20 days.

We need 10 days to prepare all the stuff then 10 days for manufacturing.

11. Q: What about the transportation and delivery date?

Normally we use shipment to transprot the goods.It is about 25-40 days.It also denpends on which coutry and port you are.It could be shorter if you need to send the goods like Asian.

If there are some emergencies we can send the goods via air express, as long as you afford the traffic expense.
