Introduction

 

High Quality Factory Sales Automatic Transformer Foil Winding Machine BRJ1400-2 is mainly used to wind transformer foil coil and similar products, the foil can be copper or aluminum strip. It can handle one or two layers of foil conductor and one or two layers of insulation material (such as paper or similar). Bus bars are welded with TIG welding process. The automatic foil edge alignment makes sure that the coil edges are straight and smooth when winding. Controlling system is based on PLC. It is easy to operate the machine through a touch screen.
