Product description：
AKD liquid was emulsified by polymer emulsifier. The AKD emulsion has good application in pulp molding industry. It has high curing speed and high retention rate, which can adapt to the vacuum forming method of paper mold. At the same time, the sizing effect is good, which can endow the paper mold with high water resistance, hot water resistance, good toughness and high strength.
Instructions
1) Diluted solution：The AKD emulsion is generally diluted 3-4 times.
2）Suitable pH value of the system：7.0-8.5.
3）Adding method：the product can be added into the mixing tank and mixed with slurry evenly before use; it can also be continuously added online by metering pump.
4) Guidance dosag：The reference dosage is 2% - 5%.
5) Applicable paper types：Pulp molding industry.
6) The actual situation can be discussed with customer service staff in detail.
