Automatic liquid filling machine
This automatic liquid filling machine is mainly suitable for the filling of various liquid materials, including the high viscosity material. Such as paste, sauce, honey, juice, coffee, water, oil, shampoo and so on.
Structure and performance specification(automatic liquid filling machine):
1. Filling way: Servo-driven piston multi-nozzles filling (one cylinder drives one piston);
2. Piston-type filling machine, self-priming filling, the material is driven by servo motor to be pulled into the measuring cylinder, and then infused into the container(cans or bottles) through the feeding tube by the piston pulled by servo driven. The filling volume is determined by adjusting the servo parameter, and the filling accuracy is high, easy to use and flexible；
3. Equipped with no bottle and no filling function, the liquid level automatically controls the feeding, effectively reducing equipment failure；
4. Program control adopts PLC + touch screen manual operation interface to realize intelligent control；
5. The overall appearance is mainly made of 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.5mm；
6. Acrylic cover door is made of imported acrylic, thickness in 10mm,high-class and elegant；
