1.When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 12 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

2.How can I get a sample to check your quality?
If we have the sample in stock , you just pay the retail price less than 10 USD usually. 

By the way, sample freight is charged by the shipping company ,Clients should pay for it :)

3.Can you do the design for us?
Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in gift box design and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect gift boxes. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files.  Send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

4.How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

5.What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The best record we keep is delivering 20,000 gift boxes within a week. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.

6.What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

7.What kind of files do you accept for printing?
PDF, Core Draw, high resolution JPG.

8.Can we get support if we have our own market position?

9.What's your MOQ?

MOQ for stock is 1 PC , for customized product depend on the products, usually, MOQ for box is 500/1000pcs, for bag is 1000pcs, for jewelry display is 1/50/100pcs, etc. Please feel free to inquiry us to ask more details.
