Concrete Vibrator
Vibrator is also called concrete vibrator. When working, the vibrating head 1 dives into the concrete and transmits its vibration wave directly to the concrete. When using a concrete mixer to mix the concrete for pouring components, remove the air bubbles. The use of vibrating rods for tamping can make the concrete densely combined, eliminate the phenomenon of honeycomb and pockmarked surface of the concrete, so as to enhance its strength and the quality of concrete components. The surface of the vibrating rod should always be kept clean and flat so as to make good contact with the steel mold. Single-person operation, light, different sites, convenient construction.
The vibrator can be used as a driving device with a hose transmission method, which is convenient for construction, far away from power (including motor), no electricity, safety insurance, no disadvantages of no-load burning, and stable performance. All sediment particles with a diameter of 14mm can be extracted. The triple-sealed design, the mud pump joint is the same as the vibrating rod joint, and the power source realizes multiple functions in one machine.
