2) What is MOQ?

We understand that Rome was not built in a day. So it takes some time to build a good and stable business.

We are very willing to support you in the early stage of a business.

Random color, no MOQ. Customized color, it depends.

Whatever it’s a big order or small order,we welcome them.

However small quantity is workable with higher price, please understand this situation. There will be special offer if you could order than FCL. The best way is to organize a FCL ,but you can be with small quantity for differenct items.

3) Can you supply samples?

Yes,we are very glad to offer you samples.

For small amount samples, normally we will supply 1 pc of sample for FREE.But you should pay the express courier cost from our company to you.Usually we use DHL,FEDEX,TNT or EMS as the courier. It will take 3-6days to arrive many Europe countries and North America. Which express courier we will use, it’s up to your convenient or the express charge.

For customized sample, pls contact us for sample cost.

4) What is your lead time?

Normally lead time is 20-45 days, but it depends on the details of your requirements and specifications.

5) Can you make our LOGO on the product?

Yes, you can. We are very glad to make your LOGO on the product. We have many ways to make the LOGO.

Many of the LOGO is free to print,but some of them are charged.

If you need make logo, please send us your logo artwork to check the addtional costs. Artwork format better in AI or PDF format, not a jpeg picture.Tks! We will confirm the specifications with you before official order.
