Deyang Tianhe Mechanical Manufacturing Co. Ltd was founded in 2005, has over 15 years of experience in making and designing casting. The company is proficient in aluminum，gravity casting, aluminum low pressure casting， iron casting and CNC machining.
The company has more than 250 employees, including 40 mould engineers，casting engineers，CNC machining engineers. With the strong support of Technician Centre, our company is able to provide professional design and manufacture service for products such as transmissions, gearbox housing, intake manifold，rocker arm assembly，flywheel housing，pump body and bearing caps for high horsepower diesel engine and generator set. We have the ability and experience of co-developing products under the requirements of clients. Our company has obtained ISO 9001 in 2004 and IATF 16949 quality system certificate in 2016. We have also obtained the national high-tech enterprise certificate in 2018. In addition, Tianhe Company has obtained more than 20 patents, including 2 inventional patents.
Regardless of the order size and quantity, our company is aiming to provide the best casting and CNC machining OEM service with the most reasonable prices for customers. We own more than 100 CNC machines（main CNC brands are Doosan and Brothers） ，4 cleaning machines，2 centerless grinders, intending to offer customers with the best CNC machining solution. Moreover, in 2020, we invested 3 Fanuc automatic casting units and 3 Striko Westofen Westomat（From Germany） automatic casting units. Our productivity and quality has increased dramatically benefiting from theses investments.
Our Quality Control Centre is equipped with more than 20 examiners and over 100 measuring equipments，including 2 Hexagon three coordinates measuring machines, 1 Imaging X-ray equipment，1 Profile measuring instrument, 1 articulated coordinate measuring machine，1 Cleanness measuring instrument and so on.
Our company has excellent researching and developing ability with the support of main production centres. We are able to make the mold according to customer’s requirements and start the mass production process within 30-60 days. days. The company has been approved to undertake import and export trades. We can produce more than 500 tones every month. Last year we successfully produced more than 5500 tones . We are confident in taking large orders and delivering on time.
