Alpha-Amylase is made of Bacillus Subtilis in the Fermentation and extraction method, is widely used in the liquefaction of starch sugar, alcohol, beer, monosodium glutamate, Fermentation industries and textile, printing & dyeing, desizing and etc.This product can hydrolyze starch into dextrin of different length and other low molecular sugar,glucose,and altose,decrease the viscosity of starch paste.
1, the textile industry using the medium temperature amylase desizing agent, suitable for high temperature resistance of silk, chemical fiber, cotton fabric desizing process, adding amount of enzyme in 2000 u/g raw materials, water bath 60-80 ℃, 30 minutes.
2, fermentation industry, starch concentration of 16 to 17 be, adjust PH value to 6.0-6.5, adding 0.2% calcium
chloride (by weight) raw materials, adding amylase (8 to 10 u/g) raw materials, mixing, heat preservation of 60-80 ℃, liquid for 30 minutes.
3, liquor-making industry: when using the rice and corn as the raw material first ground above 40 mesh powder, mixing after joining amylase (8 u/g) raw materials, mixing, heat preservation of 60-80 ℃, liquid for 30 minutes.
