Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

Q: What the format drawings do you need?
A: We need 3D stp file or 2D PDF file. And please also share the material, quantity, surface finish, and other requirements for a better estimate.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 2 days if the goods are in stock. Or 15-25 days if the goods are not in stock.
Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight. But if your products are customized, we could not offer the sample for free charge.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: T/T, Paypal, trade assurance order in Alibaba, etc. 30% in advance, and the balance before shipment.
