1. First use the drill to make a hole, the hole diameter is 110 mm, and the verticality is 1%;
2. Use screws to install the bottom of the inclinometer tube on the bottom of the pipe. When connecting the inclinometer tube, make sure that the sections of the two inclinometer tubes are in close contact (hear the impact sound of the two tubes inserted into the section), then tighten and fix them with screws. If possible, seal the joint at last;
3. When putting down the tube, the cross groove of the inclinometer tube should be vertical to the direction of displacement. If the buoyancy affects the running down of tube, flush water into the tube to increase the falling force of the tube to ensure the verticality. If it is still difficult to put the pipe after flushing (collapse phenomenon occurs in the deeper part of the drilling), you can place a wooden block on the pipe and press it in with a drill;
4. After the tube is put down, the surrounding area should be filled with sand several times. If there are cars or pedestrian passing by on the ground, a small manhole should be made below the ground and covered with a special rubber expansion cover to prevent ground mud or debris from entering the inclinometer tube, set a mark number; a special reinforced protective cover can also be used to prevent it from being crushed by heavy trucks etc..
Buried method of underground continuous wall
1. Before placing the reinforcement cage, tie the inclinometer tube to the inner side of the outermost steel bar of the reinforcement cage, and bundle it every 1 meter. It is important to note that one pair of cross guide grooves in the inclinometer tube should be coaxial with the continuous wall, and the other pair of guide grooves are naturally vertical to the continuous wall.
2. When inserting the inclinometer tube, the sections of the two tubes should touch and collide. After the screws are tightened, the joints must be sealed to prevent water seepage.
3. In addition to sealing the bottom of the inclinometer tube with a plastic bottom, the bottom 2-3 meters of the inclinometer tube should be put into a steel pipe with a larger diameter for protection. The head of the steel pipe is processed to be cone and welded by electric welding. The steel pipe is electric welded to the reinforcement cage to ensure that the bottom of the inclinometer tube is not damaged when the reinforcement cage is put down.
4. Before pouring the concrete, the inclinometer tube should be filled with clean water. Make sure that the inclinometer tube is always filled with clean water during the pouring process.
5. Finally, protect the top of the inclinometer tube.
