Q：What's your MOQ?
A: For the popular style in stock the MOQ is 100pcs, sample also can provide to support your business start. For custom order the MOQ is 500pcs normally, depend on different design.
Q: What's your recommend package?
A: For the package we use custom foam and bubble film with plenty of padding protection! No way for any damage to happen during transit.
Q：What if damage happend when arrive?
A: If any damage happend please contact us update the picture of the box and item, we will send you new one for free.
Q: How do you control the quality?
A: We have full time QC. We supervise and the control the quality of every order. We will check the quality at least 3 times, at the start of the production, when half of the orders are finished, and after all the products are packed. Any unqualified products will be prevented from shipping.
Q: Can you make a custom mold to produce the glassware according to my own drawing?
A: Of course we can, custom service is one of our main strengths, our experienced design team and production engineer can also provide you with professional advices on your design drawing before mold making.
