Quinoa is a GRAIN grown in the Andean Heights South of Peru since centuries ago by pre inca cultures.
This cereal Grain is the most Nutrient Rich because it contains a High Content of protein and essential amino acids, such as Leucine, isoleucine, threonine, methionina, phenylalanina, tryptophan and valine. The concentration of lysine in quinoa is much greater than in other cereals, besides being free of gluten.
